Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of a product and to the purchase of a service from Siloam Productions with costs or free of charge.
Event tickets
Event tickets are always personal and non-transferable.
Remuneration
The following provisions apply to offers with costs. The fees can be paid with the means of payment specified at checkout.
Credit Card / PayPal / PostFinance
If payment is successful, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
Bank transfer
When paying via bank transfer, an e-mail with our account information will be sent after a successful order. The payment deadlines are binding. In the case of outstanding claims, Siloam Productions may refuse to provide a new service or order a new product. Existing orders can be cancelled without warning in case of non-payment.
Insurance for events
Insurance is the participant’s responsibility. It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance. We are not liable for all claims.
Data privacy
Siloam Productions ensures compliance with legal data protection regulations.
Legal venue
The place of jurisdiction is Berne.
Coming into force
These GTC shall enter into force on 31 July 2018.
